“The parts don’t come out clean.” “We can’t get the burr off.”

Special-purpose systems for industrial parts cleaning, water jet deburring and automation

ITR develops the system that makes your component clean and burr-free — reproducibly, verifiably, designed for exactly your task.

The problem

The problem sits where nobody can reach

What makes it difficult is not the amount of contamination but the place: complex internal geometries, cross-drilled holes, blind holes. And in deburring, the burr sits exactly at the bore intersection of two bores — where no tool can reach.

In the end it is not appearance that counts, but a measured value: residual contamination, technical cleanliness, suitability for adhesive bonding — and the question of whether the system reaches it not once, but in every shift.

Cut-out aluminum housing with open oil galleries, cross-drilled holes, blind holes and machined sealing faces
Cross-drilled holes, blind holes, sealing faces: the places the process medium reaches only with difficulty decide the result.

Engineering

We solve the problem first — then we design the machine

At ITR there is no standard system for your component to fit into. A system is designed from the task, not from the machine.
  • Component and contamination

Geometry, material and accessibility determine whether a process medium reaches the critical place at all.
  • Requirement and cycle

The residual contamination requirement, production volume and cycle time decide the method and the machine type — never one criterion alone.
  • Workpiece fixture

The parts carrier shapes the cleaning result. It is not an accessory, it is part of the system design.

That is the difference from a machine supplier: you are not sold a machine type, you are given a basis for the decision — and the system that follows from it.

Portfolio of services

Three business fields, one way of thinking

Industrial parts cleaning

Oil, emulsion, chips, residual contamination — removed at the places the process medium reaches only with difficulty. From chamber to continuous cleaning systems, designed for the individual project.

High-Precision Water Jet Deburring

Burrs at internal bore intersections, mechanically out of reach — removed selectively with the water jet, in one step with the cleaning.

Automation & Robotics

Loading and unloading, part feeding, line integration — integrated where it pays off, not where it would be technically possible.

Vertical integration

Everything in-house — down to the software

Complete parts cleaning system on a shared base frame: on the left the control cabinet with operator panel, in front of it four filter housings with pressure gauges, behind them the treatment chambers with maintenance hatches, above them side channel blowers and an exhaust air treatment unit, on the right pumps and piping
One system on a shared base frame: control cabinet, filter housings, pumps, piping, blowers and treatment chambers. Not a collection of finished subassemblies procured one after another — it is designed as a single system.
Parts cleaning system with a round treatment chamber: the chamber door stands open with a blue mesh basket of ring-shaped components inside, in front of it chain conveyors for the infeed and outfeed of the workpiece carriers, above it piping, process tanks and drives
Treatment chamber with infeed and outfeed on chain conveyors — chamber, material flow and conveying, media routing and control system are designed together, not procured one after another.
  • 100 % vertical integration

Design engineering, control cabinet manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, programming, assembly, documentation and service come from a single source. For you that means one contact person, short paths when something changes, no interfaces between suppliers.
  • Proven components, without manufacturer lock-in

Standards such as Hammelmann, KSB, Siemens and KUKA are our recommendation — if your factory standard follows a different make, we integrate that one.
  • The documents are where your system stands

Every system carries a digital machine database — documentation, wiring diagrams, maintenance history via QR code. A scan even triggers a service message directly.

Benefits

What you get out of it

  • Reproducible cleanliness, independently verified

The residual contamination analysis to VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 is carried out by an accredited test laboratory, not by us. If the system does not reach the agreed values, we do not release it.
  • Closed circuits

Filtration and recovery technology save up to 60 % of the water depending on the system design; heaters and components run on demand instead of continuously.
  • Systems that stay

Supported over decades, with spare parts supply and retrofit when your component changes.

Trust

Why ITR

Worldwide service

through regional partners, 24/7 emergency service for contract customers

The experience behind it does not hang on a year, but on the team: design engineers, fitters, documentation and service who have been building and supporting the same systems for years.

From practice

An exterior cleaning became a complete interior and exterior cleaning

In a retrofit project, a purely exterior cleaning became a complete interior and exterior cleaning with integrated drying — on the existing system, without a new purchase. Technical target values that had been doubted beforehand were reached after the retrofit.

Your component is the beginning, not the answer

Which cleaning technology suits your component depends on geometry, contamination, cycle time, production volume and further process requirements.
