The process does not ask in which industry your component is manufactured.

Other industries

Cleanliness requirements do not arise from a sector of the economy, but from a component and its downstream process. That is why not every industry has a page of its own.

1 · The challenge

The same task, regardless of the industry on the letterhead

Where a part is branched inside, where residual contamination has to be verified, where bonding, coating or assembly follows the cleaning — there the same task arises.

This page gathers the industries that have no page of their own — and the fields for which we design systems without a system of ours already standing there.

2 · Engineering considerations

What counts is the component, not the sector of the economy

For the system design the same factors count as everywhere: part geometry, material, type and amount of contamination, required residual contamination values, chemistry specifications, cycle time, production volume and material flow.

What differs between industries is rarely the technology — it is documentation, verification requirement and the requirements of the downstream process.

3 · Without a page of their own

Four industries in which systems of ours are installed

They have no page of their own because their task does not differ technically from the others — what shapes them is the documentation, not the process.

Already realized

Medical devicesPharmaceutical industryEnergy sectorPlastics processing
  • 01

    Medical devices

High requirements for defined cleanliness and freedom from residues, often with complete documentation.
  • 02

    Pharmaceutical industry

Particularly high requirements for cleanliness and process reliability.
  • 03

    Energy sector

Systems from industrial parts cleaning. What shapes the task comes here, as everywhere, from the component and its downstream process.
  • 04

    Plastics processing

Systems from industrial parts cleaning. Here too, the cleanliness requirement of the downstream process decides, not the sector of the economy.

The list does not limit anything. Wherever components with defined cleanliness requirements are produced, we design the system — what counts is the component, not the sector of the economy.

All industries

4 · What that means in practice

A missing reference is not a statement about feasibility

In special-purpose machine building, references do not limit the portfolio — they document experience. Whether your task can be solved is decided by the technical clarification, not by the list of industries.

And if it cannot be solved, we say so before the quotation — not after acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked about the industries without a page of their own

Do you build systems for medical devices and the pharmaceutical industry?

Yes — both are among the industries in which systems of ours are installed. Cleanability, choice of material and depth of documentation are coordinated project by project; the cleanliness requirement comes, as everywhere, from the downstream process. On cleanroom classes, GMP or validation we make no statement here — we have nothing on that we could back up.
