None of these details is a prerequisite. But each one shortens the way.

    Drawing · material · geometry · weight · as-delivered condition.

  • The contamination

    Type and amount · data sheets for the process media, such as oils and emulsions.

  • The goal

    Residual contamination requirement · chemistry specifications · whether deburring is also needed.

  • The production

    Cycle time · production volume · material flow — how the components reach the system.

How do I submit an inquiry?

Describe the task, not the machine. Part data or a drawing, the type of contamination, production volume, cycle time and the cleanliness requirement all help — none of them is a prerequisite, but each one shortens the way to a reliable statement. You receive an immediate confirmation of receipt; a personal reply comes within 24 hours on business days.

What details do you need from me?

With first inquiries, the same seven details are almost always missing: chemistry specifications, type and amount of contamination, data sheets for the process media, material flow, cycle time, residual contamination requirement and complete part data. None of them is a prerequisite — but each one shortens the way. If they are missing entirely, any statement about the method, the cycle time or the cost would be guesswork.
