Whoever orders a special-purpose system does not rely on a data sheet, but on the people who build it.

That makes the choice of supplier a decision of trust: It is not the individual machine that is up for selection, but the ability to design it, build it, commission it and carry it over its entire service life.
This page shows what this reliability rests on.
ITR GmbH powered by Zippel
Exclusively customer-specific special-purpose systems
More than 1,350 delivered systems are in the field today in around 30 countries — the base on which ITR builds its service, spare parts supply and retrofit.
The brand is ITR GmbH powered by Zippel. How it came about and where the experience of the team comes from belongs on a page of its own — not in the first paragraph.
What reliability rests on
Three things that belong together
100 % vertical integration
Mechanical and electrical design engineering, control cabinet manufacturing, chassis building and sheet metal fabrication, programming, assembly, documentation, commissioning and service come from one house. One contact person, short paths for changes, no interfaces between suppliers — for a system that is continuously adapted over the course of the project, this is not a comfort but the prerequisite.
Manufacturer-independent system design
ITR works with proven standard components, but without supplier lock-in. If your factory standard specifies a make or another one is technically better suited, that one is integrated. The selection follows the requirement, not a commitment.
Long-term support
ITR today supports systems that have been in operation for around 30 to 35 years — with spare parts supply, retrofit and a digital machine database that accompanies each system over its entire lifecycle.

How ITR works
A system is designed from the task, not from the machine
