A system is not finished with delivery, but with the first good shift.
Commissioning

1 · The challenge
Your media supply, your cycle constraint, your staff, your components
The handover is therefore not an administrative act, but the last technical section of the project.
2 · Why there is a second acceptance
The agreed values are verified twice
Factory acceptance test (FAT)
Ensures before shipping that the system reaches the required residual contamination values. If they are not reached, the system does not leave the factory.
Site acceptance test at the customer (SAT)
Repeats the verification under the real conditions of your production.
Only the second acceptance proves what the first promised — under your media supply, with your components, in your line.
3 · What happens on site
Five steps in the order of the project workflow
From installation at your site
- 01InstallationSetting up and connecting the system in your production.
- 02CommissioningRunning in the process, alignment with the real conditions.
- 03Site acceptance test (SAT)Verification of the agreed values on site.
- 04Operator trainingYour staff get to know the system on the system.
- 05Ramp-up supportSupport of the series ramp-up — over days or weeks, depending on the project.
Ramp-up support is the point that distinguishes ITR from a mere delivery: the ramp-up is not left to itself, but supported over days or weeks until the process stands stable.
This excerpt starts at installation. How the project runs before that — from the order through design engineering and manufacturing to the factory acceptance test — is in the complete project workflow.

4 · The result
The support passes seamlessly into long-term service
From the first shift the system is recorded in the digital machine database: documentation, circuit diagrams, maintenance intervals, accessible via the QR code on the system.
