The best system is of no use if it is operated incorrectly.
Training
A special-purpose system is designed for a specific task — and it only holds its values if it is run in the intended operation.

1 · The challenge
Whoever operates the system has a share in its process reliability
A large part of later service calls has little to do with the system itself — but with operation that deviates from the intended process, or with warning signs nobody recognized as such.
2 · Why training takes place on your own system
A general training explains a class of systems
Operator training at ITR explains exactly the system that stands at your site — with its parameters, its operating logic, its project-specific particularities.
That is why operator training is a fixed part of commissioning: it takes place on the installed system, not beforehand on a model.
That corresponds to the basic principle of the company — every system is a special-purpose system, so the training is system-specific as well.
3 · The offer
Two ways to training
Operator training as part of commissioning
Safe and correct operation, setting the parameters, recognizing warning signs.Training and service contracts as a combined offer
For ongoing operation — competent operation at calculable costs.
4 · The result
Correctly operated systems reach their values reproducibly
And need the emergency service less often.
What is taught in the training is afterwards available on the system at any time: operating instructions and documentation can be called up via the QR code of the machine database — also for new employees who join later.
Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions about training
Are the operating staff trained?
Yes — on your system, not on a model. A general training explains a class of systems; our operator training explains exactly the system that stands at your site, with its parameters and its operating logic. That is why it is a fixed part of commissioning and takes place on the installed system.
What is taught in the training?
Safe and correct operation, setting the parameters, recognizing warning signs. The last point is the most important: a large part of later service calls has little to do with the system itself, but with operation that deviates from the intended process, or with signs nobody recognized as such.
